Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, checks, money orders, and wire transfers. Purchase Orders and letters of credit will be considered on an individual basis.
NOTE: C.O.D. is available only on items shipped directly from Paragon Medical. Lease financing available.
Returned Goods Policy
All returns must be authorized by Paragon Medical and a return Authorization number must accompany all returned goods. Items shipped in error will receive full credit, including shipping expenses. When returning items due to customer error or change of mind, customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs and shall incur a 10% to 30% restocking fee depending on product manufacturer. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of returned items. Damage due to improper or insufficient packing is responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Items weighing under 100 pounds including microscopes, autoclaves, dental units, centrifuges, etc., will normally ship via UPS Ground. Next Day or 2nd Day Air delivery is available for an additional charge. All medical & veterinary equipment weighing over 100 pounds, such as treatment tables and cages will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed. The vast majority of our items are available to export to most countries around the world. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice unless otherwise instructed.
Note: Shipping times for surgery and prep-exam tables can normally take 3 to 6 weeks. Shipping times for veterinary stainless steel cages typically run 6 to 9 weeks.
