Payment Options

For U.S. domestic orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, checks, money orders, and wire transfers. Purchase Orders and letters of credit will be considered on an individual basis. For international orders we accept payment by wire transfers or bank checks sent in advance.
NOTE: C.O.D. is available only on items shipped directly from Paragon Medical and requires a cashier’s check. Lease financing is also available.

Returned Goods Policy

All returns must be authorized by Paragon Medical and a return Authorization number must accompany all returned goods. Items shipped in error will receive full credit, including shipping expenses. When returning items due to customer error or change of mind, customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs and shall incur a 10% to 30% restocking fee depending on product manufacturer. Custom orders may not be returnable. Returned items must be in original box or packaging and must include any applicable paperwork. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of returned items. Damage due to improper or insufficient packing is responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event that your equipment is not working correctly, there are three possible options:
1) The equipment can be repaired as specified under the manufacturer’s warranty.
2) The original equipment can be replaced at no cost to the customer.
3) The equipment can be returned for full refund as long as it is packed well and not damaged upon its return.

We allow a 30 day period for returns.
